Dear Fellow Patriot,

Gun grabbers in Sacramento have buried Californians with toxic legislation that doesn’t keep anyone safe.

In fact, these laws make life more dangerous for peaceful, responsible California gun owners!

The “assault weapons” ban is one of the most damaging attacks on California gun owners’ rights -- outlawing standard features like removable magazines and folding stocks!

And now, even “bullet buttons” are outlawed!

But we at California Gun Rights are working hard to FULLY repeal this draconian anti-gun ban.

So won’t you take a moment to sign this petition to repeal the “assault weapons” ban?

For liberty,

CAGR Staff

PETITION TO REPEAL THE "ASSAULT WEAPONS" BAN IN CALIFORNIA

TO MY STATE SENATOR AND STATE REPRESENTATIVE

Whereas: The Right of the People to keep and bear arms is protected by the U.S. Constitution; and,
Whereas: This unalienable right is clearly infringed by the ban on so-called “Assault Weapons”, and,
Whereas: This ban is a waste of resources that has failed to stop criminals from outgunning their victims; and,
Whereas: Outlawing standard features like folding stocks and magazines with more than ten rounds only ensures that criminals will have more firepower than innocent civilians trying to defend themselves;
Therefore: I respectfully urge you as my elected representatives to publicly support, co-sponsor, and vote for nothing short of a COMPLETE repeal of California’s unconstitutional ban on “assault weapons”.
